Exploration Place is a science centre, that, in their own words, inspires a deeper interest in science and technology through creative and fun experiences for all.
The Adventure Playscape at Exploration Place is an impressive playground comprising of 4 themed MONSTRUM play areas, which each tell the story of either local technology, industry or nature.
The playgrounds are rooted in local identity and serve as an immersive extension of the learning environment of Exploration Place.

KEEP EXPLORING
Flight Adventure: Experience characteristic aircraft such as the Beechcraft Staggerwing and the Cessna Citation jet. Nearby, you'll discover the 40-foot-tall rocket preparing for lift-off. The two huge radio towers under the Staggerwing are fun towers to climb up.
Bison Hill: Encounter the 20-foot-tall bison watching over the prairie. There's something for all ages with a campsite complete with tents, bonfire and canoes for younger kids and a huge bison to climb inside before zooming back down the tube slide.
Agriculture Overlook brings children into the story of harvest and modern technology as they can climb and clamber all over and into the giant combine harvester, give it a test drive and also navigate the climbing course of corn surrounding it.
Sunflower Meadow is an ode to the beautiful flowers and invites children to get moving as they explore - here they can spin, bounce, slide, run - you name it! This area is primarily designed with under 5s in mind.
ADVENTURES IN THE SKY
Climb up through the towers and pilot the Beechcraft Staggerwing that's shooting through the sky at almost 30 feet in the air.
The radio towers are surrounded by billowing exhaust fumes and clouds. Climb in and explore!
From the radio control tower to the impressive Cessna, there's plenty to experience here!
Explore the futuristic city, where technology is at the forefront.
The huge rocket is ready for lift-off - join the crew and make some new friends here!
The 40-foot tall rocket is a thrill for the older children, but also has smaller slides at the base for the younger ones.
