In 2010, Vejlebroskolen went through an extensive renovation of their existing outdoor play area.
MONSTRUM designed a fishing adventure, Thing & Wainø Landscape Architects was responsible for landscape and paving.

The large cod

The big cod is swimming around in the eelgrass with tiny fish around him, it is a combined climbing frame and hide out. One can climb into the belly of the fish and out through the head. The top of the fish is about 3 m height. The fish is about 5 m long. In the seaweed There are climbing ropes, a large hammock and somersault rods between the eelgrass.
